Coaching is a relatively new and evolving management skill. Whilst there are some very good coaches and some very good coach training organisations, it can be difficult to isolate the good from the not-so-good in a largely unregulated market.
We at PINNA have been full-time business coaches for 15 years. We have built our coaching business on word-of-mouth and personal recommendation – and this is still a very good way to find a coach.
However, when we developed our coaching training programmes we realised that ‘word-of-mouth’ alone, would not be enough to achieve our objective of equipping every organisation in the northwest with this amazingly powerful skill and culture.
We believe that clients who may not come across PINNA through personal recommendation should have the comfort of an independent authoritative third party recommendation. We are therefore delighted that our Coaching for Organisational Performance programme has received credit recognition from University of Central Lancashire for 60 HE credits and our Manager as Coach programme 20 HE credits.
In addition every PINNA tutor:-
ΛHas accredited coaching qualifications
ΛHas direct business experience at senior levels
ΛIs a practicing business coach at managerial and executive level
ΛUndertakes regular coaching supervision and continuous development
In this way we ensure our training is:-
ΛAcademically sound
ΛFacilitated by tutors who are alive to the issues and challenges faced by our delegates
ΛRelevant with up-to-date business and coaching inputs
