Professional Coach Training Programmes

For those wanting an accredited coaching qualification and the capacity to impact organisational performance, we train coaches to postgraduate level through ourCoaching for Organisational Performance programme. This programme is recognised by University of Central Lancashire for 60 credits at level 7. It is aimed at individuals who want to:-

    Λ become full-time business coaches, or

    Λ sponsor coaching in their organisation, or

    Λ acquire a recognised qualification

We offer a training programme for the Manager as Coach which qualifies for 20 credits at level 7. This programme is aimed at managers and team leaders who want to enhance their skills and ability to maximise individual and team performance by adding coaching to their skills set.
