My Travel Airways is part of the Thomas Cook Group plc. The company has in the region of 2500 employees and around 120 managers. It was voted the UK's most punctual charter airline during 2006.
There was a need to introduce a coaching-style of management to managers within My Travel Airways to enable them to drive behavioural change and improve performance using a person-centered approach.
PINNA assisted in the design and delivery of a series of three day workshops and contributed greatly towards innovation and continual improvement from then on.
Managers are implementing what they have learnt and the feedback has been very positive, especially from those working within challenging communities where such an approach would not previously have been contemplated.
