Meetings - A New Approach

Research suggests that the majority of a manager's typical working day is spent in meetings and on average every working person in the UK attends over 90 meetings every year.

With that in mind, how would you like to...
- sit in meetings thinking 'this is a really useful thing to be doing right now'?
- run meetings where the attendees leave believing 'that was time well spent'?
What difference would it make if this was how all your meetings were?

Helen Bailey, Managing Director and Head of Coaching at PINNA, will lead this seminar to share with you a new approach for meetings.

You will take away knowledge, tools, tips and techniques that you can use immediately to make a difference to your meetings, in your organisation.

Who should attend? Anyone who has:-

• sat in a meeting feeling bored or wishing they were somewhere else
• sat in a meeting thinking "why are we discussing this trivia when we have this ‘elephant in the room' which we are avoiding tackling"
• run a meeting and wondered why some don't contribute whilst others seem to take over
• wondered why do we have this meeting every month

Learn how to:-

• set up effective meetings
• run effective meetings
• get everyone to contribute
• address the issues that ought to be addressed
