Forbes Solicitors is one of the North West’s leading law firms with over 350 staff and offices in Accrington, Blackburn, Chorley, Leeds, Manchester and Preston

The Problem

Some members of the Forbes team were finding it difficult to adapt to new roles where they were required to manage a team. Joanne Pickering, Head of Human Resources at Forbes had heard about PINNA’s successful track record of working with other law firms and professional organisations and contacted Director, Helen Bailey.

The Solution

PINNA developed and delivered a series of bespoke programmes that focused on coaching, people and team management, and delegation.

The Outcome

We now have more confident, competent staff embracing their roles with a noticeably positive impact on efficiency and productivity. The programmes have been excellent, giving a real 'buzz' in the firm
