Bowker BMW is a highly successful motor dealership that provides high quality products and services to its customers and makes significant investment in the training and development of its workforce.
The Problem
Whilst the business was already successful, Dealer Principal, Tom Fox felt that it could do 'even better'. However, in order to achieve this, he recognised he must get his people to change.
The Solution
PINNA designed and delivered a number of one-to-one coaching interventions for key members of the Bowker BMW team.
We have seen improvements in efficiency and productivity, people have stepped into new roles and let go of previous responsibilities. Our After Sales department broke all performance records following the coaching - success I am hoping to echo in other areas of the business.
