The Company
Boundary Bathrooms is a family run business based on old-fashioned values and has been around for over fifty years. The company sells a huge range of baths, showers, shower cubicles and related products and accessories. Its large buying power enables it to pass on exclusive discounts to its customers.
The Problem
Managing Director, Neil Dent asked PINNA to help solve some people issues that he was unable to sort out internally.
The Solution
PINNA developed a thorough understanding of Boundary Bathroom’s systems and processes and designed a series of one-to-one coaching sessions for a number of individuals.
The Outcome
It made the members of staff think more deeply about what they were doing and how they could improve. Their personal improvement led to improved organisational efficiencies and this directly contributed to increased profits.
