Everyone at PINNA is passionate about coaching and we are always available to offer support, guidance and ad hoc coaching to any of our graduates.
In addition, on completion of either the Certificate in Business and Executive Coaching or the Manager as Coach programme, graduates will have the opportunity to join the PINNA Academy. The PINNA Academy is open to any practicing coach who has a recognised, accredited coaching qualification.
The PINNA Academy meets four times a year. Its purpose is to:-
Λ foster a coaching community in the north west of England - both formally and informally
Λ give qualified coaches a vehicle for continuing professional development
Λ provide ongoing coaching 'supervision' - Academy members have an opportunity to bring coaching issues to an experienced forum and an opportunity to get a 'health check' on their coaching skills.
We do this through themed action learning days.
If they wish, graduates of the PINNA Certificate in Business and Executive Coaching can apply to become a PINNA associate coach.
